Swisscash is scam website or not ? Let's have a look this issue

Swisscash pays to worldwide investors every month without fail. Transactions of over US 70 millions has been made previously. Recently HSBC, a widely known world local bank, has been working with them. For bank to work with swisscash, they ought to do their due diligence extensively before committing . With 20 months of transaction to investors local bank account and their source of investment verified only to the parties involved( 15 china banks and a world local bank, HSBC), I do not think that it should be considered as scam just because of some baseless and unverified dd. Bank incharge personnel don't just listen to investment company unverified words . If the authorities found out that swisscash from swiss mutual fund is operating illegally scamming people, having ponzi scheme, banks incharge personnel will also be prosecuted. The FIU (Financial Intelligents Unit) and FBI did not announce that swisscash is scam and if they really is operating illegally (money laundering or relates to terrorist financing) their activities and website have already cease operating early in the year 2005 and 2006.
Imagine a scam company have the guts to spread to 6 continents (Asia, Africa, Europe, America and Latin America) having about 200,000 investors. And people who have not invested say swisscash is scam due to their own unreliable DD. Why is swisscash from Swiss Mutual Fund still operating now (Jan 2007) since April 2004 ??? Do you mean the authorities (FIU and FBI) and is sleeping ?

But SMF was still operating offline at that time. That is the reason as why there is no website of SMF earlier than June 2005.

The parent company is www.swissmutualfund.biz not www.swissmutualfund.com . The funny thing is earlier forum poster who have done the dd on swisscash uses the wrong website. The so called dd posted by the unregistered poster is also not precise and not to mention about the accuracy of his/her other informations.
